About Us

David Zammit & Associates was established in Narara in the Central Coast of New South Wales in June 2006. We hold appropriate registrations with PEXA, (the electronic conveyancing service,) as well as the Law Society of New South Wales and the Commercial Lawyers Association. Our firm regularly assists the Salvation Army in their “Wills Day” event, providing discounted wills for suitable clients – and has been actively involved in assisting local clubs and organisations with their legal affairs.

David Zammit

David Zammit is a solicitor of over 35 years' experience in many areas of the law, such as Commercial Leasing, Retail Leases, and Civil Litigation in the Local, District and Supreme Court jurisdictions, and Conveyancing.

Whilst we want to help the small businessperson as one of our primary goals, this is truly a general practice and we have the skill and experience to assist you with a great range of legal needs, or if we can't, then we can point you in the right direction.

David has over the years conducted Criminal Matters in the Local Court jurisdiction as an advocate, and instructing counsel in the District and Supreme Court. These vary from drink driving pleas of guilty with an explanation, to defended matters, and applications under the Mental Health Act.

He has also had conduct of tribunal oriented proceedings, including proceedings in the Australian Human Rights Commission, the Victims Compensation Tribunal, and the NSW Civil and Administration Tribunal (NCAT).

Lauren Angus

Lauren Angus is our office manager and David’s Personal Assistant. She has been with us for more than six years, and is familiar with many areas of the law and assists in the conduct of probate and estate matters as well as conveyancing and other general legal work
